Need more T&P
It seems 2011 is starting out with bad news here. Please continue to pray for our friend with his heart condition. DH will visit him tomorrow.
Yesterday, my brother's BFF was airlifted to the hospital (he lives about an hour away from us). My parents drove my brother to be with him at the request of BFF's parents. He is severely depressed, is removed (like a zombie), has let himself go (has grown a full scraggly beard), and won't even talk, and barely moves.
He is in the hospital now, and again today my brother is with him. I hope he gets the help he needs, and is able to come out of this. Yesterday was super scary! Please pray for him, that he gets better and that the doctors choose the right path for recovery (and that he is continued to be watched closely).

No. He hadnt been returning my brothers phone calls for about 3 days, and finally he called my brother yesterday- but could hardly talk. My brother was able to tell him to get the phone to his mom (hes living at home right now), and my brother and his Mom got to talking about his condition, how he couldnt talk or barely move.
It's all very strange. It does seem like he would have tried that (with what I was told about his actions and feelings, it seems so similar and familiar to me when DH's BFF who committed suicide years ago).
