How do you organize all of your kids stuff?
I admit I am not very good at organzing but have been trying to get better.
We have a few very important papers from DS' two surgerys and a copy of his xray post op to prevent a scare again. But,we move so often and it seems like stuff has gone missing during the moves.
We can not loose those important things.
Suggestions?

A friend gave me this Baby Briefcase as a shower present when I had my son. It works and it is easy to organize things in there but I don't think the plastic is strong enough. You can also check plastic containers for storing scrapbooking materials. I found mine at JoAnn's and it fits a lot of 12x12 cardstock (I don't know if it would fit x-rays). It is made by ArtBin I think. I like that it locks, it has a handle so I can carry it around easily and it's very sturdy. You can probably use smaller folders to organize the documents. It is similar to the bottom two boxes they put on the cube seen on the following link: http://www.joann.com/joann/catalog/productdetail.jsp?CATID=cat2051&PRODID=prd60105
I really like the idea of scanning all the documents.
Firebox.
We put everything important in a firebox. We back up all of our digital photos on a hard-drive that is in our firebox, SS cards, important medical information, birth certificates, etc.
