Bridalplasty?
I caught a few minutes of this show this weekend and was thoroughly disgusted. When one of the brides-to-be got voted off the host said, "I am sorry you are not The Top Bride. You will still have a wedding but it just won't be perfect." 
One girl was so down on herself. She was REALLY hoping "for a new face". It kind of breaks my heart...
I draw the line at competitions where the prize is plastic surgery.
