Let me have your favorite WW recipes.

I'm trying to lose ~5-10 lbs.  So, that means cooking healthy dinners.  I've got breakfast, lunch, and my fitness routine all put together.  Now I just need some dinners that are going to keep me full and not screw me over in the evenings!  I'm doing the old method of WW (sort of, just trying to eat less and stay within 18-22 points).

I made WW Taco Soup tonight.

1 lb. ground beef (very lean)

1 packet hidden valley ranch dry dressing mix

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can pinto beans

1 can mexican chili beans

1 can mexican style tomatoes

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can corn

  • I would make Bri's baked ziti but with WW pasta, ground turkey, FF cream cheese and I think that's it...it made it into an 7-8 point ish meal and 8 servings per 9x13 pan.
No....click me!!!! Cause I'm the wedding bio! Bloggin it up! Prince Charming stole my heart and we rode off on his white horse... • To make meals WW friendly, I just always swapped lower fat/calorie and higher fiber foods where I could (I think the only true WW recipe I've ever made was a dessert--go figure Stick out tongue).
I always use ground turkey or 97% beef for regular beef, and FF sour cream, 2% cheese, skim/low fat milk, reduced fat bisquick for regular, etc.
  • I have some of my favs in my blog :)
  • This isn't an official WW recipe, and I have no idea how many points it is, but it's my new favorite soup/chili. It's pretty healthy and I'd imagine the points would be low.
