Haha, you are too funny!! I love your class, it's so much fun and you are a GREAT teacher. I also love your playlists... I did spinning at Gold's the other day and while I did like the class and teacher, her music not so much... Power ballads from the 80s certainly have their place in life, but I need a good mix!!
Yes ma'am. I am there on Tuesday nights at 6pm for Core Revolution. We do about 60 minutes on the bike, then 10-15 minutes of core work on the mats afterwards.
