Hey ladies! Just wanted to say hi... so many new nesties/knotties on here now.
I wanted to ask if anyone is doing Weight Watchers? I started the points plus program on Jan. 1st. I'm following everything but it just doesn't feel like a diet, lol. I'm hoping for some results on my weigh in day (saturday). Did anyone else feel like that?
BTW, miss everyone! And wish I lived in FL for nestie g2gs

I'm not doing WW(but stepping up my working out to try to loose weight/gain muscle) BUT wanted to butt in and say hi and we miss you too on here!! Wish you lived in Florida we would def have wine gtg's ;-)

I have been on WW I think since 2001. I haven't tried the new plan, and I don't know if I want to since I am so used to the old program. Good luck. It is a great program! I dropped over 50 pounds and have kept it off for years.
