Weight loss inspiration: 500lbs to training for marathons
This is one of my closest friends. He's spent the past 3 years going from nearly 500lbs to 185. I've known him throughout his weight loss and the progress has been incredible to watch. He's now run (run! not walked!) several 5ks, done a few of the multi-day charity walks, and is training for a marathon. I thought it was relevant after today's WW post.

Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.

Matt Hoover was the name of one of the past Biggest Loser winners.
That's a nice story -- good for him.

Yeah, I wasn't there for that, but I would have felt weird letting him go, too. But knowing him, I think he would be more uncomfortable/mortified if people changed their plans based on that.
