This is in response to Hannah saying that some of us were asking 'permission' to post on TK again. I just didn't want my feelings to get lost in that long stupid thread, so here goes.
I wasn't giving anyone 'power' by posting a hello statement over on TK. I like girls on both boards, so I just wanted to see if anyone on TK cared if I posted on both since I know a lot of the girls went back over there to avoid a lot of the people on TN; I'm pretty sure that was the whole point of moving. Honestly, I don't care what anyone on either board thinks of me. I like that the girls on TK are a bit more honest but I also really like how sweet the girls on TN are, so I plan to post on both. All of this immature bs is really making me not want to post on either though because I feel like I can't even go to either site without at least one person saying something referring back to this stupid 'argument' that shouldn't even have went past one or two comments. These are internet boards full of women and women=biatches; I don't care how 'sweet/nice' a person claims to be, deep down we all have that b*tch inside of us, so it's time for everyone to own up to it, and move on. No more of this stupid drama that doesn't even deserve a post about it anymore. I've stayed out of the drama for the most part but it's annoying that I can't even come to my favorite website without seeing a new post/reply about it, especially one directly referring to something I posted. So stop pointing fingers, stop talking about, and stop being immature and everyone let's grow up and move on. We're married women now, and if we gave our husbands half as much attention as we're giving this BS, then I'm sure they'd be very happy men 
I'm peacing out for the day to go to the hospital to be with my grandmom because the stupid nursing home she's in gave her an overdose on meds...See, now that's REAL drama that could be discussed instead of this crap.

I'm with both of you and doing the same thing. I knew a lot of the girls that left so I want to post there, and I know a lot of the girls here so I want to post here. Post here, post there, post on both, or neither. Just do what you want.

I don't care who posts where...post both places, post neither place, pick a different random board every day and post there, pick one or the other, I don't care! Just stop TALKING about it, for God's sake! It's done to death.

If I like you, I like you even when I don't agree with you. I may tell you I don't agree with you, but I will also tell you I still like you. If I don't like you, the board you post on isn't going to change that. And if you're one of the few I don't like, you probably already know it. You should also know that your choice of boards to post on had nothing to do with it. If I don't like you, it's because you're an @$$hat, or at least I have reason to believe in your potential for @$$hattery, and I will be just as happy to say it to your face as I am to say it on the board. So if you haven't heard directly from me that I have a reason to dislike you, you shouldn't worry about whether I'm judging you. Either way, you don't have to clear it with me to post on any board you darn well feel like posting on. Last time I checked, by mere virtue of the fact that we were all able to obtain marriage licenses, we are all adults, so let's start acting like them and quit this "one board vs. the other" crap.
P.S. If you're the person posting to the TK board as someone else, I don't like you. Calling people fat and ugly just because they don't have the same viewpoint as you is stupid enough, without adding being a coward into the mix. If you have something to say, say it with some pride!
My post wasn't about this ignorant fight, it was about letting someone know I wasn't asking for permission or giving someone power, god that sounds lame lol.
Anyway, thank you all for the concern about my grandmom. She is doing much better today than she has been the past couple of days. The stupid nursing home decided it'd be cute to give her a medication that her doctor and my Mother, who is her power of attorney, already dc'd back in October because it did such harm to her. The new therapist in there didn't bother to read her chart/history before giving it to her. My grandmom had been doing so well too, we were actually able to bring her home for Thanksgiving and Christmas which is something she hasn't been well enough to do in a while, and then this happens...it's just a shame. Hopefully things get back to normal and she keeps getting stronger, but believe me, the biatch who did this to her will pay. My Mom has already opened a case against her with the nursing home and called all the 'higher up' people so I'll let you all know what happens.
Darn right you don't need to ask permission or give anyone power...pretty sure you've been managing life quite well without assistance before now, and pretty sure you're going to continue doing just that well into the future!
About your grandma: are you effing SERIOUS?!? What is wrong with those people? How did they get away with giving her a medication at all without checking it against her chart first? With these crazy little modern inventions they call "computerized charts", there is no excuse for that at all! I hope that things DO go back to normal, and I hope the butt clown who did this to her not only pays with her job, but with her license, and hopefully, part of her salary!
RIGHT! Those are my thoughts exactly! Apparently this new therapist didn't bother checking 'all the way back to October' (her words!) to see this medication was clearly not supposed to be given to my grandmom. I go into the nursing home about 3 times a week to visit her and had noticed she'd been getting really tired lately but I just assumed it was because we had her out and about more and the holidays makes everyone tired. Well come to find out, this woman put her on a really strong anti-depressant (which she doesn't even need) and one of the early side effects that it isn't mixing right with the other medication she is on, is servere drowsiness. So I kind of feel bad tht I didn't notice a difference in her, but like I said, I don't think anyone would have noticed considering she'd been doing a lot more. My Mom has already called the director of the nursing home and insisted this woman not come anywhere near my grandmom or her roommate (who we've sort of adopted into our family) ever again, if she is in fact still allowed to keep her job at all.
