Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm getting annoyed at work.
I was due for my appraisal/raise on 5/1. It is now, 1/5, and I STILL DON'T HAVE IT.
I've been nice up until now, but I'm starting to get aggrivated.
I've said something to my boss - and she has said something to my supervisor, his response, as usual "I have a couple of appraisals on my plate right now, I plan to have them cleaned up with in a few weeks". He has been saying this since September.
Am I just being a baby?
