HI! I was reading your post about how you started a cleanse. I always wanted to do a detox or cleanse just to get out all the toxins before I begin my healthy eating, but I never know which are good ones. Is there a specific cleanse you are on? or any you might recommend? Thank you

It's the Acai- Berry Pills/ cleanse for 2 weeks. I did it last spring and lost only 2-3 lbs, not that I even had weight to lose.
Now I am 10 lbs heavier then July and actually have weight to lose and I am struggling!! I have been on it since thursday and I lost 1 lb by sunday. When I weighed myself this morning I was back up the pound. I am exercising (zumba every day- 50 minutes), drinking a ton of water, and being more careful with what I am eating... but I am not seeing any weight difference or feeling in my clothes! I guess I need to give it more time to reflect on the cleanse, and see if it is really working!
I know that somebody reccommended taking the regular Acai vitamin supplement. Which I might try in the future. Not necessarily a cleanse, but I really think that the Biotin I was taking up until September was not only helping hair and nails but also energy and weight!
