As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Have you ever thought of yourself as being in the "customer service business?" Our head of school said this at a mtg. yesterday and it really threw me through a loop.

I'd take yours over ours any day of the freakin' week.
This does make sense to me for a dean or counselor position. I just don't think it fits for teaching or as a model for a school...
I have thought of teacher as daycare providers often. I also had trouble viewing the business side of the non-profit I worked for with Head Start. That's why I am in education, I am no good at business.
I am very pro parent involvement, but I don't want the show run by parents. Otherwise, abolish free public education and just home school everyone.
