Duck Eggs: any experience?
Hi girls--popping on quick at lunch! Anyone have experience with duck eggs? We get our eggs from a guy at Steve's work who has chickens and he's been after Steve to try duck eggs. Well i guess he got a dozen today.
I understand they have are fattier than chicken eggs and are supposed to be great for baking b/c they have a larger yolk...and I know that you can do the same things with duck and chicken eggs but was just curious to see if anyone had any personal experience with them--any tips or suggestions!
