WAY TO GO...ME!

So I had my cholesterol rechecked a few weeks ago and was really nervous cause it was high last time and I was eating bad over the holidays. Maybe that oatmeal is really helping...and the weight loss and running!! im so happy!!

  • Kelly this is fantastic news!!! It's definitely a combination of all 3. But you know, if you really want to get your cholesterol down below 200 then a FULL marathon is the way to go. I was thinking maybe Chicago 2022. That ought to work! Wink

    Okay I am an idiot for not proof reading....I meant 2011! I just read it and was like "what in the?". Yeah not 2022.......but hopefully we will all be still running by then!

  • Good for you, Kelly! My numbers improved greatly at my checkup too. What a relief that is!! 

    If I start walking now, maybe I'll finish a marathon by 2022 ;)
