Anyone work/worked at Texas State University?

I have an interview on Friday for a publicity position with the Texas State University theater department. Does anyone work there (or has worked there)? I am not sure if I should go full suit for the interview or just slacks and a shirt...?

I had an internship with a program at UT while in college, and they were very casual. I showed up to my interview wearing slacks and a shirt and the person interviewing me was in jeans and a t-shirt. Thoughts? Any advice or insight would be helpful!

i don't work there, but i would guess that slacks and a nice shirt should suffice. most places are becoming more business casual, and since you're not applying for a professorship or high level administrator, i don't think a suit is necessary. but if you have any doubts, always dress up (or so i'm told).

I wrote this filled with anxiety earlier today after scheduling the interview. I have since gone through my closet like a tornado and decided I must go buy something new to wear tomorrow. Ha. Goodwill is also getting a nice little delivery in the morning.

ETA: I am so scatterbrained right now I didn't even address my question. I am leaning towards a suit if I can find something, but if not I will try to find a nice sheath dress and wear it with a cardigan or something. My original plan of slacks and a shirt is now my last resort, haha
