Ow. That's all I have to say today. I think that the way I feel today is a pretty good motivator to not take 3 weeks off from the gym again.
Tonight I need to get my oil changed (I'm way over, my Maintenance light is flashing at me, bad raynes) and hopefully we'll be picking up our squat rack!
Also, why Candian juniors, why? 3-0 lead going into the 3rd and your blew it? Jeesh.

Morning. Today may be a bit busy because we have some editing/printing going on, but it shouldn't be too terrible. I am excited, though, because I was offered another freelance writing/editing opportunity. Josh immediately asked me what I was buying him.
Trying to find tickets to a matinee show in NYC for the weekend I'm there. Not fond of the prices, have to say.
raynes - I have to agree with the juniors comment. I mean, seriously?
reba - kitty just needs some time to adjust. And, they don't always show love in obvious ways. I'm sorry you're having a rough go of it. Just take your time ~hugs~
I'm off to work in a few minutes. I've already run 5 miles today and then tonight I have my church class. Busy, busy day.
If you haven't already, you could try TheaterMania or Broadway Box. We used one of them (I don't remember which) a couple of years ago and got what I considered a good deal for Spamalot.

I forget exactly where it is, but there's a booth/box thing in Times Square that has tickets for less, especially if it's for a show that's close to when you buy them. We got tickets for Talk Radio and Avenue Q there. I can ask Derek, he might remember!

So far, I'm in a better mood than I was yesterday. I got a wonderful returned phone call late last night. Kyle and I bought a timeshare last year. Well we found out last night that it has gone up in value significantly since we purchased it. So the two weeks that we're in the process of selling off for this year will go a long ways toward paying off our initial investment. Another couple of years of selling off 2 weeks/year and it will have completely paid for itself and then we'll just be vacationing for free (or really, really cheap) for the next 100 years.
Now if I can just get my dentist's office to call me back about why they are having so many difficulties communicating with my dental insurance, I will be a very happy camper.
Thanks, raynes! If you could ask, I'd appreciate it. We'll be there the day before and I have the next day to myself, so I could make it there to buy close to showtime.

Raynes - I am in the same boat with the oil change thing. Lets see the dealership has been calling me since the week after the boys were born (mid July) to schedule an appt. Oops, I am just to lazy to take it.
Today is a decent day. Even though I know I have gained, I am looking forward to my weigh in today. I need to reality check. I will be happy if I gained no more then 3 lbs over the holidays. (besides I will add the excuse of being bloated since I am due to get AF soon).
Otherwise lastnight I got in 2 more episodes of Dexter, and plan to get in at least one more hopefully before Zumba. I am also hoping that after Zumba I can finish addressing DH's thank you cards, and uploading some new photos of the boys to FB and my blog. I am so bad at those things.
Anyway Happy Thursday ladies.
This week is dragging for me for some reason, and I seriously woke up and thougth it was Friday. Ugh. At least the weekend will be here soon.
Susi - I think raynes is referring to the TKTS booth in Times Square. You can get some great deals there for same day shows. You can't really miss it - they've renovated the booth and it is now part of the new stair case thingy in the middle of Times Square. Depending on when you go though, there can be long lines.

Another thanks! This is something I should be able to do given the huge amount of time I'll have to myself--Josh'll be at a conference and I've always wanted to see one show or another. Looks like they open at 10am on Saturdays. We're going in two weeks, so I'm excited.
Thanks for the tips, all. You'd think I'd know this with a husband born and raised around NYC, but we actually don't get there often (or ever see shows). Good to know for the next visit, too.

Not much going on over here, just another day of work. Hopefully tonight I can relax at home and catch up on Criminal Minds.
I'm also ashamed to admit I haven't gotten the oil change in my car since last July. I plan to take it on Saturday.
Reba* Big hugs headed your way. Cats are finicky and will decide who and when to love up each week. Make sure to give him plenty of treats, and he'll love you best in no time.
We're having a relaxing day. I took yesterday off, because apparently I looked like crap, being all sick and gross, so my boss told me to stay home. Gladly! Today is sort of pointless to be here, still. Thankfully, we have some good food and such, so I can keep eating today. I can't seem to keep enough food in my stomach with baby taking all of it. I've been trying to constantly eat, but there's really nothing that seems to fill me up. I was in tears last night when I had to keep getting out of bed to eat more and more before I could fall back asleep.
