Third Person Thursday
Shaina is happy she's off tomorrow b/c her DH doesn't understand that when she says he can get up first and shower b/c she showered at night, means don't wake Shaina up when the alarm goes off! Ugh, he's done it the last 2 mornings!
Shaina is excited to go home tomorrow, girls weekend with her mom doing a huge scrapbook weekend.
Re: Third Person Thursday
Dani is so glad that today is her Friday and that she has a four-day weekend ahead of her. Sadly, Dani will be attending a viewing this evening and a funeral tomorrow for a man, who was very much like a second grandfather to her. Dani has now lost a grandpa two Januarys in a row.
Dani wonders how she got through the first 9 weeks with hardly any morning sickness and now the morning sickness is here with a vengeance.
Dani hopes Alicia has a wonderful birthday in Ireland!! ::so jealous:: Dani will try to stop by Alicia's house tomorrow night to drop off the "goods."
Brie is sorry for Dani's loss and sends hugs her way.
Brie is sick. And at the office. Brie is thinking about punking out after her meeting this morning and trying to work from home. But, Brie also knows that she probably won't ask since she's got a half day tomorrow for a doctor's appointment. Brie's been popping cough drops like they hold the secret to eternal youth. She might leave early and not come in at all tomorrow. But again, she might wuss out and suck it up and stay.
Brie apparently gets very indecisive when she doesn't feel well.

Summer is sorry for Dani's loss too

Summer wishes that this week were her off Friday and she's only been at work 2 days so far this week! Today was harder to get up for than yesterday.
Summer is fairly certain she is depressed but is resisting dealing with it b/c she wants to avoid going on medication again but she's not sure she can shake it. Yes,she does have an appointment with her counselor/therapist scheduled for the 17th.
Stacey is sorry for Dani's loss too and sends a big fat squishy hug (but not too squishy because of the babe).
Stacey also sends hugs Summer's way and hopes she can get help to feel better soon
Stacey is still trying to unpack boxes from the office move. Today, she needs to tackle the Director's office.....which consequently looks like a storage closet right now and not an office. Stacey is pumped (not).
Stacey officially signed up for the Half Marathon on April 30. She is terrified but knows she can do it!
Stacey is shipping Shaina her empty wedding scrapbook and a box of her wedding photos to work on this weekend
Alicia is so very sorry for Dani's loss =( Alicia also thanks Dani for the early birthday wishes and wishes Dani could come along to Ireland with Alicia and Nick!
Alicia wants Dani to know that she should be home by the latest 3pm on Friday and is excited for the "goods" lol
Alicia also hopes Dani's morning sickness goes away soon.
Alicia hopes Summer feels better and is glad that she knows how to recognize when to go see someone. Alicia wants Summer to know that all of Oct 08 is here for her in whatever capacity she needs!
Shaina is working on her wedding scrapbook this weekend, lol! Shaina only did a digital album, so this is more pictures to put in a real scrapbook. Shaina is still behind back to like 2007 when her and DH got engaged!

Mar is very sorry for Dani's loss. Especially with them so close together.
Mar had her anatomy scan for Baby Mo today. They were supposed to confirm Baby Mo's sex... Baby Mo wasn't cooperating, it had it's legs crossed and folded up in front of it's junk. Please notice that Baby Mo is now an "it" again, because the tech today thought she may have seen a scrotum. So now Mar has no idea what gender her baby is, and the only way to get it confirmed is to have another elective ultrasound. She's not sure what to do, and is frustrated and has been crying all morning. And feels silly for crying.
Then it didn't help that she got a decaf peppermint white chocolate mocha, and the top wasn't on all the way, so when Dh set it down on the counter the whole friggin thing spilled. So she cried again about not knowing the gender, and not having her coffee she was so looking forward to. ...She hasn't even been awake for 3 hours yet. Today sucks.

AWWW, Stacey sends Mar hugs too! Stacey thinks it sounds like Mar is having a horrible, no good, very bad day! Stacey wants to ask Mar if there is a 3-D ultrasound place where she lives? Stacey says that there is one where she lives and her BFF paid $95 for an ultrasound. The place Stacey's friend went to said that if the baby didn't cooperate, they could go back - and so they did....3 TIMES! Eventually, Stacey's BFF got to see the babe! Maybe Mar could do that for peace of mind?
That's what Mar and her hubby have been talking about... She'll probably call when they open at 10, and see what their policy is if baby doesn't cooperate. It's $99 for the scan, but she believes she gets a discount because they've been there before.

Summer feels way better about her scrapping status then!
Oh Mar, Summer might have flipped her S if that had happened. She was so worried that her baby would be shy hiding it's junk too so she was glad when he wasn't. She's very sorry Felicity (affirming "it's" a she!) isn't cooperating. Better start those lectures!
Hopefully you can get an elective one for cheap as a repeat customer!
Now that Mar is calmer it's quite comical looking back at it. She got up to pee, to see if the movement might change Baby's position. And while in the bathroom she did the Truffle Shuffle to try to get the baby repositioned.
I tried to post a video of the Truffle Shuffle from the Goonies ..It failed. lol

HAHAHA! That must have been a sight! A better video would have been Mar Truffle Shuffling in the ultrasound office bathroom!
Whitney is sorry for Dani's loss. She is also sorry Summer is depressed and wishes she could give her big hugs. Whitney is also sorry that silly Baby Mo is not cooperating for its mommy and daddy.
Whitney is so freaking excited for her doctor's appointment next week but knows that she needs to calm down because there still might be a long road before her.
Whitney is also completely overwhelmed at home with stuff from Christmas. She wishes she could de-clutter but she just keeps getting more stuff from people. She is grateful for two days off a week because that means she will be getting more stuff done around the house.

Shelley is sorry that Summer is depressed. Shelley suffers from depression (diagnosed in middle school) and has never taken medicine for it. Shelley finds that meditation helps a lot.
Shelley is sorry that Mar has had a rough morning with Baby Mo not cooperating and her drink being spilled. Shelley was glad to read that she Mar cheered up a little.
Shelley's day has been crazy so far. She has done nothing but clean up other people's mistakes. She was advised by her boss to email certain people about the situation - aka a nastygram.
Shelley was so annoyed by her DH singing in the shower this morning. It was 4:39am when she woke her up with his singing from the other room. Then her phone went off with an email notification. When Shelley checked her email it was junkmail.
Shelley wants to go to bed and try again.
Kathy's supposed to be at an offsite. She started there, but now she's back at her desk, because one of her clients had an "emergency", which, had they called her yesterday, could have been resolved planfully and easily. But instead, she's missing hours of a critical meeting she's supposed to be at.
And she's pissed.
