Planning a cocktail party...need help
I've decided to throw my hubby a surprise bday party. Our place is a small condo so I'm thinking of inviting only his closest friends, about 16 peopLe max. I want it to be passed apps, below are my ideas , feel free to suugest other yummy recipes 
-How do i calculate how much to makE?
-what is a good start time?
-I have those appetizer spoons but dont know What to put in them....
MENU: corn fritters with a chipotle lime dipping sauce, mini beef wellingtons, BLTs on mini croissants, RosemarY antipasto skewers, phyllo mushroom purses, croistini witha sweetwet pea puree and tomatoes, garlic firecrackeR shrimp
