I guess that is what the subject should be. I didn't participate before, so if someone has a better idea let me know. Same with the post part.
For me:
I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of Just Dance 2 in sweat mode this morning. I had two pieces of dry toast and a glass of water and my vitamin.
Lunch was half an organic peanut butter sandwich with a glass of water.
Snack was carrots and water.
Dinner is a sizzler beef patty with more carrots and water.
More water was drank during the day and I am getting ready to play some more Just Dance.

Re: 1/6 Accountability
Mine's just food accountability, because I, uh, don't exercise.
- frozen chicken pot pie
- orange
- pancakes and turkey bacon
Baby steps.

I suppose I should participate in this too. I actually opted not to make any new year's resolutions this year, since goals for the sake of making goals never seem to work out for me. Yet strangely, I've been a salad eating machine so far in 2011, and am actually down about 5 pounds since before the holidays... go figure!
B-fast: bowl of kashi cereal w/skim milk and coffee
Lunch: turkey salad w/cranberries on a croissant
Dinner: either salad or a shrimp dish with a tomato sauce over pasta.
No exercise, probably finishing off my holiday cutout cookies instead :-/
Breakfast: Whole grain english muffin w/ peanut butter. Glass of orange juice.
Lunch: Grapes
Snack: 17 sunchips. Yes, 17. Because that is 4 WW points.
Dinner: Spinach and cheese tortellini
After all that, I still have 10 points to waste so I'm going to have some ice cream for dessert!
Didn't exercise...I'm laid out temporarily!
Dx: MFI, unexplained recurrent miscarriages

Breakfast - can of Diet Coke
Lunch - leftover casserole with stuffing, chicken, and veggies, pudding cup, can of Diet Coke
water throughout the day
Dinner - Breakfast Pizza with eggs, reduced fat sausage, and reduced fat crescent rolls
I have been much better about eating veggies lately but I just need to get better about eating actual meals. I have been so busy trying to get things done at home that a lot of times I just have a small snack instead of dinner. I have been losing weight but not necessarily the best way to go about it.
Breakfast - Banana + 2 wedges of Laughing Cow Cheese
Lunch - Went out to Indian with DH
Dinner - 2 more LC wedges + apple
Exercise - Nada (I had a hideous headache all day)
Water - 6 glasses so far, will get 8 by bedtime no problem.
I've been tracking my calories and such on SparkPeople.com, which is working pretty well. The only time it sucks is days like today when I go to a restaurant and have no nutritional information to follow and have to guess on serving sizes out of the website's "generic" database.
I also didn't have coffee this morning, which I think was the cause of the hideous headache. It went away only after I took Excedrin, which has caffeine in it.
Breakfast-Special K with 1% milk, coffee, apple
Lunch-salad with cucumbers, cheese and oil & vinegar dressing, 3 crackers, orange
Dinner-leftover tacos (ground beef, 2 shells, lettuce, taco sauce, cheese, sour cream) made into a salad, slice of lemon meringue pie. It was the last slice thank goodness!
Christmas Ale
Water throughout the day
No exercise for me either, giving myself until next week to start that up.
Breakfast: Cranberry Orange Bran Muffin and skim milk
Snack: Banana and tangerine
Lunch: Lean Cuisine ravioli and sugar free jello pudding
Dinner: Butternut squash soup and salad
Dessert: Skinny cow popsicle
No working out because I overslept this morning! Whoops!
