AW: Summer job!!!
As a teacher, it is sooo stressful not knowing where I will be working over the summer. I definitely need the summer pay and cannot go 2 months without working (as much as I would love to do so!).
Well, today I was hired as the coordinator for a summer camp for high school students. It will be overnight from Mon-Fri, for 2 weeks, giving underprivileged students a chance to experience college life, write college apps and essays, apply for scholarships, etc. I am SOO excited about this. It is only my 2nd year teaching and this is such an amazing opportunity! It will be a lot of work, but having "Summer Program Coordinator" on my resume will be fantastic! Plus the pay is equal to 3 months of my current salary, and I will have 6 weeks of summer break w/o having to work. 
What a relief!
