Comforter

Hello, don't usually post on here, but I have a question. I recently washed my comforter. It is cotton and has a filling. Standard directions on the tag (wash in cold water, tumble dry low); I did it. Now the corners are very wrinkled and the stuffing it lumped up in some spots. Any advice?

Re: Comforter

  • I put my comforters in the dryer with two clean tennis balls to keep the fluff from lumping up.

This. sometimes I bring my larger ones to the laundry mat so they have more fluffing room too since my home dryer is rather small.

  • I use dryer balls as well. Got mine at Wal-Mart for just a few dollars. They make my comforter fluffy. :)
