FFFC!

Confession 1: I haven't done thank you notes from my baby shower on Dec. 19.

Confession 2: I brought my TYs and list to work so I could do them today...

Re: FFFC!

  • #1: I have a wicked case of baby brain. I sent out all of our bills last week which were due on the 1st. They still had not cleared yesterday so I put a stop payment on them and paid them all by phone as they were already 6 days late. I was pissed. How could the post office lose all of our bills? This is a really bad time to be messing with out credit! I got home last night, checked the mail and found all of our bills returned to us because I forgot to put stamps on them. Way to go Blair!

#2: I'm feeling really guilty because I'm not as into this pregnancy as I was with the last. With Brock I could tell you at any second how far along I was to the day, what fruit he was, what he was up to developmentally, I freaked every time I felt a kick... Aaron asked what fruit the baby was last night and I had no idea. I felt terrible. I know I will love this baby with all of my heart but I'm just not obsessed like I was last time around.

  • I may puke on a coworker today and not feel guilty. After 3.5 weeks of no m/s, it's rearing it's ugly head one more time and I hope to god it's m/s not a stomach bug hitting me.

  • Pretty sure I have some sort of sleep issue...but it's only when JJ and I are alone. During the 10 days I was off, I slept all night without any issues because I was staying at my mom's and knew someone else was there to help me with JJ. Since it's been just us, I've woken up every night at 3am [except for last night, when I was up from 12-4am]. It's killing me energy-wise, but there's no way I'm going to take sleeping pills. Sigh.

I've had this mad craving for chocolate lately, and AF's visit isn't for another couple of weeks. I've been able to resist other temptations while I've been on my healthy kick, but chocolate is one I haven't been able to stay away from just yet. :P

I really wish I lived near a Kroger or Publix or something that did double coupons that made it worth my while. Freaking small towns in the southwest.

Pups, that blows monkey balls. I'm so sorry.

I side eye my coworker constantly. She's made between $100k - $150k for at least the past three years in a row. She has a 12 year old car, a mortgage under $1000 a month and she's 40 years old, single, with no kids. Yet, managed to get herself in such debt that $300 is going to make or break her.

    I realize I shouldn't judge, but I do.

If you blame any of my opinions on pregnancy hormones I'll cut you.

  • We had Sesame Street on for Nate, but he's down for a nap now. I'm still watching because I want to know how Abby's Flying Fairy School turns out.

LOL. Why would we do this...I mean, you had these types of opinions before you became pregnant!! :-)

Baha - I do that, too! We'll be watching some show or DVD, and even if JJ falls asleep, I still keep watching. :)

Side note: Nate's almost one! Holy cow!

    I LOL'd at this!

Marcy- I am not going to blame your opinions on hormones, mainly because I have them too, and what do I have to blame them on? Plus, what Jackie said...very true.

I judge people like this as well-pregnant or not.

  • Today is only the second time in the last 3 weeks that I have been home and DH has been gone, and I am very grateful for the time.  It's nice to have a little time to myself to do my own thing.

And, I should clean the bathroom, but I am really tired of always doing it.  I'm not kidding when I say that we have lived here for 3 years and DH has cleaned the bathroom on his one 1 time.  He did half the room once, but I have cleaned it all other times.  But, I don't feel like dealing with telling him he has to do it, and waiting for him to finally do it.  It's faster and easier if I just do it myself.  Boo.

I have had the same cold for 3 weeks now.  I am so tired of it.  I'm tired of coughing and blowing my nose all of the time.  I'm tired of taking Sudafed.  I want to work out, but I can't get up a flight of stairs without coughing, so working out just isn't going to happen.

Hehehehe, not you ladies, my friends and family. I hate when I have an opinion about something and it's blamed on my pregnancy hormones.
