Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sorry I am a day late!
I did the elliptical for 40 minutes.
Oatmeal with peaches for breakfast with my vitamin and water.
For lunch I had a Healthy Choice cheese manicotti. It was actually really good.
For dinner we had roast, carrots, and potatoes and a salad.
I also drank more water than I could hold I think. I almost peed my pants, lol.

Lunch: Pita Chips and Hummus, Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, another banana
Dinner: Yam with brown sugar & cinnamon, vegetarian "turk'y" patty
Dessert: Chamomile tea and chocolate snowflakes from Trader Joe's
Water: 9 glasses
Workout: Nothing, unless you count organizing my office and/or knitting (my arms were a little sore...)
Breakfast: Special K, skim milk, apple
Lunch: salad, baked lays
Dinner: cheeseburger
