what do you mop trailer flooring with?
This may seem like a dumb question but...
I live in a trailer and the kitchen is that like roll on tile? I guess that would be the best way to describe the flooring. I've never lived in a place w/ this kind of flooring so what would you mop this with?

roll on tile? Do you mean vinyl flooring? It's on a big roll when you see it at Home Depot and when they install it.
You can mop it with anything you please. Sponge mop, string mop, swiffer, whatever.
If you can see any edges of it, be careful and don't get them super wet, but if it's well installed, then it's just about damage-proof from mopping.
