Healthy Chocolate Muffins - WW friendly!

A friend of mine made these a while ago, and I'm going to try them myself this weekend.  I thought i would share with you WW girls (and everyone else).  They are so simple, and tasted a little bit like a devil dog (without the cream of course).

Weight Watchers Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 box devils food cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) solid pack pumpkin

Directions

Mix together. Do not add anything else that is mentioned on the box. It only takes these 2 ingredients. That's all. Mixture will be very thick (and you will be tempted to add something, but don't.) Place in muffin tins, sprayed with non stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. This makes 12 muffins.

(EDIT:  THE RECIPE REALLY MADE 18 MUFFINS FOR ME, SO IT'S 3 PTS EACH!!!!!!!  12 MUFFINS WOULD BE 5 PTS EACH.  I CALCULATED IT IN RECIPE BUILDER)

  • Have you heard about making Brownies with Yogurt? I used to buy No Guilt brownies from trader joes but actually you can do it with any brownies.

     

    1 box of brownie mix

    1 cup of Fat free vanilla yogurt

    Cook as directed on box I ussually make them in muffin trays!

    GO WW!!!!

  • Oh, you mean the "no pudge fudge" brand??  Those were great!  So now I'll try this with regular mix!  Thanks!
