Where should we move to??!?
The hubs and I are desperately seeking a move to the beach. We currently live in downtown Atlanta. We got married in Destin and loved it of course and I have also frequented St. Augustine a bit and loved that as well. We want to live on the beach or as close to it as possible, love art, we are not clubby-types but love a good dive bar, oh and it MUST be pet friendly. We are both 29 years old and would love to celebrate our 30th on the beach with a chilly beverage, our dogs, and sand in between our toes. Does anyone have any advice?

Ponte Vedra is the place you want to be then. I LOVE this one and it's right on the sand. It's a bit of a downgrade from some of the neighboring homes but I didn't know what was in your price range.

I am doing a little research about Ponte Vedra. I have not been there. We have also been looking into St Augustine a lot. We LOVE it there.
