wedding venues
Hi ladies. My cousin is planning a summer wedding for 2012. She is looking for something outside, relatively cheap, and within a 60 mile radius of Lewistown (Harrisburg, State, Altoona).
We've thought of Raystown Lake, the Casino at Lakemont, the chapel at Greenwood, Brookemere Winery, and the Stone Arch Bridge.
Do you ladies have any other suggestions? She's hoping to keep the guest list around 100.

Seven Mts. Winery is really pretty and about 10 minutes from State College. I know they do rent it out for events. There are also several bed and breakfasts in the State College/Bellefonte area that are pretty (although I had mine at the Earlystown Mannor and the owers were a little weird so I wouldn't give it as a rec to anyone else).
One other place is there is a brand new lodge/resort in Howard, I think its right on the water. I've seen it online and it looks really nice.
