Job juju/dust/vibes/prayers/whatever
I applied for a job with the local OSU Extension Office a few weeks ago and went to my interview yesterday morning. While there, they told me that over 50 people applied for it and they only called 2 back! This job is more than perfect... it deals with a healthy mix of education and agriculture. Those are the two things I had a hard time choosing from when deciding on my degree. So, not only does this job combine 2 things I love... but it's also for the school I love! And, it's one that I could continue to stay at after graduating in December. The hours and flexibility will allow me to keep on my school plan and help Mom with the cattle when needed. AND, on top of all of that, the starting pay is more than I was making after working at the bank for over 5 years.
It's beyond perfect. I need this job. So, whatever goodness you can send my way, I would greatly appreciate it!
