It's going to be a long day
DS brought the stomach flu home with him on Friday and, sure enough, I started throwing up yesterday. It would take over an hour to get him into the city for school and then back home so I can relax, so I'm keeping him home, but he's super cranky. He has just passed out on the floor in front of the door after a crying fit. He won't let me hold him but he also doesn't want to be left alone. Basically, there's no pleasing him. And I'm sick. Yuck.

IDK, I'm waiting for him to poop to assess whether the bug seems to have worked itself out of his system. He is definitely a cranky pants today though. It almost makes me want to spend the hour getting him to school and then the other hour commuting back in to get him this evening. It's tough to care for someone else when you're feeling crappy yourself.
