Re: ok biznatches what's for dinner this week?!
i'm still trying to pick meals for this week too
last night we had Japanese Noodle Soup (i usually triple the recipe so josh & i can each have a big bowl plus some leftovers)
i am definitely making this pulled pork on thursday or friday: http://www.crumblycookie.net/2008/05/30/crockpot-pulled-pork/
some for josh to take to his guys' weekend, some for my friend & i to have on saturday. i made this in november and it's even better the next day, sooooo good!
last week, we had Buttermilk Roast Chicken (this is even better if you let it marinade overnight), lindsay's Shrimp Scampi and steph's chicken parm meatloaf
ok, i'm definitely making this one night:

Oh that buttermilk chicken is awesome!!! I have to make that soon!
Our menu consists of:
Chicken with Rosemary Butter Sauce
Porcupine Meatballs
Sauteed Braised Pork Tenderloin with Herb Pan Sauce
Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Cheeky's Creamy Campanelle (but with shrimp instead of chicken or sausage)
BLT's one night, and homemade pizza another too.
Glad you liked the honey spice pork chops. Those are a fave in our house Pamcakes. Sorry you didn't love the chicken and dumplings, we can't get enough of it.
Hey cakes what do you serve with the porcupine meatballs? They have rice and meat in them already.....sounds good!
yeah I think I need to make the chicken and dumplings one next time. Brent is good but he's not as good as I am! Weird, we did like our plates clean but I wasn't like "holy crap you MUST make this" about it.
Turkey Tacos
Garlic Cheddar Chicken
Fresh pasta with pesto (store bought!)
That's all I got....probably cereal one night and leftovers one night.
This weekend I'm making Fettucine Bolognese for my MIL. It's awesome if you like bolognese.
Other things I always seem to go to....
Baked Salmon Filets with Dijon so easy...I usually cut down on the butter
Chicken Parm Meatloaf
Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf
Joanna's Chicken Tortilla Soup for crockpot
I'm so bad with planning out my meals but I did take a pork tenderloin out of the freezer today to make tomorrow. I will probably pan sear it and serve with green beans.
I am also hoping to make a WW friendly baked ziti this week.
here's the bad stuff i am making to satisfy my insane sweet tooth:

for dinnners:
mon-http://savorysweetlife.com/category/chicken/ but with thighs
tues-tacos from the box with homemade guacamole
wed-pot roast (crockpot...any good recipes?)
thurs-http://savorysweetlife.com/2010/03/chicken-marsala/
fri-steak, potato, veg
sat- takeout?
2.5-3lb roast
1 bag of baby carrots
1 jar of heinz savory beef gravy
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1cup of orange juice.
All day in crockpot (usually cook mine for 6.5 hours because my crockpot cooks really hot even on low.)
serve with mashed. so good, we are having it tonight actually.
our fave is erin's Pot Roast
i usually use a can of guinness and skip the water entirely and throw a few potatoes in because josh likes them cooked in the sauce. i prefer a baked potato with mine.
