Re: Weekend?
Friday night Chase and I had dinner with my parents, then mom and I scrapbooked while dad played with Chase, and John worked.
Saturday morning, the boys went to southern IL to visit John's extended family, and I stayed home with the dogs. My mom and I scrapbooked for 10 hours!
Yesterday I ran a couple errands then majorly cleaned house all day! The boys got home around 7:45 last night, so I got in some good snuggle time with Chase before bedtime.
Nothing much happened this weekend. Saturday I went to get the transmittion fluid changed in my car and then hit up Michael's. Rest of the day just spent hanging at home.
Sunday we slepted in and then just hung out.
It was a pretty much boring weekend, but it was fine by me.
Today we have a snow day!!
Mine was good and relaxing.
We didn't do a whole lot. We went to Hibachi on friday night which is so much fun with the kids. Saturday we grocery shopped and watched the Saints game. Yesterday I worked all day.
I'm not a bummed football saints fan today. I'm so proud of that team. They ended up not being very healthy this season and they still had a winning record and were only 1 win from being division champs. There's only so much you can do when all your stars, except your quaterback (who played hurt for 6 weeks this season), are out. We did have a break out star do some awesome things on Saturday (Jones). I'm looking forward to next season! I think it's going to be a great one. They need to shed some 11 million dollar dead weight, get healthy and then they'll have an awesome 2011-2012 trip to Superbowl 46!
Friday - I felt like poo after work so we stayed in and ate a pizza
Saturday - we went to the grocery store and then we had a wedding
Sunday- anticipated the white death 2011 which finally hit around lunchtime

friday- we got our free Little Ceasar's pizzas and had a LOST marathon! we watched 5 episodes! stayed up until around 3am. we're into season 6 now. it's good, but we're ready to be finished!
saturday- we got our free chickfila biscuits and then gave blood. I took a nap and then we headed over to our friends' house. They just moved to bham after being in DC for a few years and bought a house. We're excited to have them back! it's dh's old college roommate. we've known them for years.
sunday- we went to the early service and then planned to hunker down and wait for all of our snow. which never came..just crappy ice. watched more lost....
