It's Monday!
I'm not sure if I'm ready for another work week! I think I still have a case of the holiday hangover!!
Nontheless...here I am :-) Weekend was pretty good - H and I spent the day together Saturday shopping, and we had lunch at one of our favorite restaurants before heading home for playoff action. My RAVENS handled their business, so all told, it was a pretty nice weekend!
I'd love to say that I got much accomplished beyond the playoffs, but I cannot tell a lie...and how were your weekends, ladies?

OY I'm so not feeling ready for a new work week. Seriously...weekdays and weekends should flip!
Had a nice weekend. Saturday I went to a bridal shower and then mom and sister came over and finished organizing my kitchen and we baked cookies (DH was in the city w/ friends) and Sunday I cooked and cleaned YAY for having a fridge finally!!
The weekend went by way too fast! I didn't get as much done as I had wanted.
Saturday I was running errands in the morning, took down the tree in the afternoon, worked on a few sewing projects, worked out, and DH and I watched a movie.
Sunday I went to church, took the dog for a walk, read our book club book, watched the Packer game, and tried watching another movie. I felt so lazy on Sunday!!

Woo Monday!
Short week for me (off to NYC thurs/fri for DH's work mtg)! Hoping for it to be made even shorter by a snow day on Wednesday!
This weekend was fun but damn way to fast! We went bowling (163 for the win! lol we're not very good) w/ a group of people from my gym job and had a great time! Saturday was a photo shoot then errands and a lil yard cleaning. Sunday was visiting DH's grandfather in the hospital (gall bladder out tomorrow yuck) then to my 'rents for my mom's bday then home to make some brownies (hehe) and laundry and football!
watched Shrek Forever After and Scott Pilgrim vs the World... Shrek was better than the 3rd one and Scott Pilgrim was... strange... but good!

I'm actually not totally pissed off to be at work today for once! Yay for a positive attitude...
This weekend kind of rocked. Friday night we stayed in and made chili for our friends' 2nd annual chili cookoff...which we went to on Saturday and sadly did not win (for the second year in a row - bah!). After that we had a box at the FLORIDA EVERBLADES (love the name) hockey game - so fun!
Yesterday we took it easy doing grocery shopping, laundry, etc. but ended our weekend with a yummy (south beach diet friendly) steak dinner and nice bottle of wine.
We had a nice relaxing weekend, which is good since the next 2 weeks we'll be back to attending birthday parties. Amanda came with me to Borders and we picked out books for my friend's baby's birthday present, then we went to Toys R Us and I got him a big stuffed panda that I want to keep for myself.
Yesterday we did her room - I got her valances for her windows and those stick-on wall art stuff and we put everything up. It's finally starting to look more like a real kid's room. 
Disappointed that the Saints were knocked out this weekend but, que sera sera. I guess I'll go on rooting for the Steelers, the Falcons or anyone else who plays against the Packers or the Patriots (yes, I said it, LOL).
So far it's been a busy day here. Hoping it stays that way!!
Weekend was actually rather productive, which was nice.
Friday night DH had to work late, so I watched some tv and read.
Saturday morning DH had to work and I put some chili in the crockpot. In the afternoon, we finally got our tree done and everything put away again. That night, we just hung out and cuddled on the couch--something we haven't been able to do much of lately
Sunday we finally made it to church then went out for breakfast after. DH had to work all afternoon again. I was kinda lazy while he was gone. Then we watched the Packers game on DVR.
We are supposed to get some nasty weather again this week (3-6 in of snow tonight into tomorrow) so it looks like I will be staying inside most of the week. I may try to get my hair done Wednesday.
We had a good weekend. Jeff went to a friend's house for some beers Friday night, so I got to catch up on my DVR (how sad that I am excited about that???). Saturday we both spent some time cleaning, and I made chicken noodle soup. Saturday night we had my company Christmas party...had a few White Zin Spritzers..oops. : )
Sunday woke up and watched a movie with the hubby, then watched football. Worked out, watched Desperate Housewives and called it a night!
I was kept busy yesterday so I wasn't able to really get on and type anything up, so here's my weekend recap . . .
Fri night we watched XMen (I owned the first, bought stepson 2 and 3 for Christmas) all together
Saturday I spent 7 hrs doing laundry (clothes, sheets, towels), cleaning bathrooms and floors upstairs/steps. Then we went to DH's friend's party at 4 until 10:30. The kids were troopers about it too which was great! I was pooped and glad to go home.
Sunday I spent the morning studying for my test I have to schedule, then we made some snacks (pigs in a blanket, ling ling potstickers, a few buffalo wings and potato skins-frozen TGIFridays) and watched Xmen 2. Then we watched the eagles (boo- hoo) and relaxed most of the rest of the night. The weekend went way too fast!! I'm looking forward to the three day weekend coming up for sure!
