When you are snowed in...
What do you do with your day? I spend it sewing/crafting, relaxing, watching movies, and staring out the window with a mug of hot cocoa
What do you usually make for lunch / dinner? lunch would probably be soup or grilled cheese, and this week I plan on making beef stew when we (hopefully) get snow tomorrow!
Do you play out in the snow? Yes!
Do you make hot cocoa and use the fireplace? Of course
Do you hate or love the snow? LOVE

The last time I was snowed in was in 1987 when we had a sudden and rare snow/freeze that broke water pipes and cut off electricty for 2 weeks..lol..I've only been in actual inches of stuck-to-the-ground snow like 2 times in my life; the other time being in Washington D.C.

I THINK I like the snow....but I probably wouldn't love to deal with it all the time. It sounds like a PITA. I would trade our heat for a little snow a few times a winter though.

What do you do with your day? Today I sayed in bed until 1:30. I caught up on some shows on the DVR, updated blog, worked on some pictures.

What do you usually make for lunch / dinner? Usually I fix whatever is in the fridge

Do you play out in the snow? Sometimes. I didn't today, because I just didn't feel like getting out

Do you make hot cocoa and use the fireplace? I'll do hot cocoa, but we don't use our fireplace much since it is gas and we don't want to have a huge. Also I have no clue how to turn it on

Do you hate or love the snow? I love it as long as I don't have to drive in it

What do you do with your day? sleep in, wear warm clothes and snuggle under blankets

What do you usually make for lunch / dinner? Usually I fix whatever is in the fridge

Do you play out in the snow? Sometimes, if it's not too cold. As a kid, I would go sledding all day long.

Do you make hot cocoa and use the fireplace? yes and yes

Do you hate or love the snow? I hate it more than love it b/c I don't like cold weather at all! I esp. hate snow if I have to drive in it!

What do you do with your day? I try to be pretty productive by organizing, cleaning, cooking, but I like to throw a little lazy movie watching in too
What do you usually make for lunch / dinner? Nothing special. Most of the time potato soup
Do you play out in the snow? Yep, we usually venture out. Murph loves the snow so much and it's hilarious to watch him play. We almost always go on a really long walk through the neighborhood. This time has been a let down since there's just ice everywhere. We couldn't walk at all yesterday b/c it was so slippery out and murph doesn't know what to do with it. haha
Do you make hot cocoa and use the fireplace? We usually make hot cocoa. dh loves hot choc. anyways when it's cold out, so he definitely likes to make it on snow days.
Do you hate or love the snow? We love it b/c we may get to see a little accumulation once, maybe twice a year. Our goal is to move further north eventually so we get to see it more often.
