  • How did you do last week? Keep up with your workout goals? How about eating habits? Kick the ones you wanted to? Lose any weight? Not so great but not so bad. I gained 0.2 lb. I know it's not a lot but I'm still discouraged because when I did WW in fall of 2009 I lost 3 lbs the first week.  Plus I busted my hump this past week by not eating anything I love, and I stayed within my points as well as worked out every day last week except Wednesday.  I had 30 workout points on the board.  I have to say though, I've been eating more salads with my lunch and 3 pieces of fruit a day.

    What are your goals for this week? To keep my points low so I can indulge for dinner, OR stop at 2 slices of pizza and skip the cake on Saturday - we have nephew's 15th birthday party and I know BIL will have pizza for dinner.

    How many times do you plan to work out?  Every day but Wednesday.  I developed a workout plan for the winter and did well abiding by it last week so I'm hoping to stick to it religiously, then will change it up in late March.

    Any food you hope to ban from your diet?  Just the usual sweets (which I don't eat that often anyhow) and fattening salt snacks.

    How much weight do you hope to lose?  Heh - I'd be happy dropping .4 lb.  =)

  • First off can I just say how happy I am that HWM (hot wifey monday) is back!

    I'm pretty proud of last week -- worked out M-W and Saturday and stuck to the south beach diet all week with the exception of Saturday which was cheat day (and even then I didn't do too bad). I lost 2 or 3 lbs, but I am more concerned about how my clothes fit then weight since I want to build back some muscle. And....my suit jacket that wouldn't button 2 weeks ago (sick, I know) fit perfectly today, hoorah! 

    What are your goals for this week? Fit comfortably into my skinny jeans (I'm close!)

    How many times do you plan to work out? 4

    Any food you hope to ban from your diet? sometimes I sneak chocolate chips after dinner -- technically it's allowed on my diet but I'd still like to cut it out

    How much weight do you hope to lose? I'd like to lose 5-7 lbs and also reallocate muscle where the fat is

    I've lost a total of 5lbs so far since joining WW on 12/26 - woo hoo!!!  And I made it to the gym 3x last week and made it through the first week of couch to 5k.   I think I'm going to repeat week 1 again though, just to take my time.

    What are your goals for this week?  I'm fighting a cold and sore throat, so probably no gym this week, just eat well and stay within my points.

    How many times do you plan to work out?  See above...

    Any food you hope to ban from your diet?  I really decreased my butter usage, I used to have buttered toast all the time as a snack, I kinda crave it, it's weird.  But I DEF don't use it as much anymore!

    How much weight do you hope to lose?  10lbs or so by the spring

    I could have done better but overall I'm okay with my progress, I lost one pound (but really that is nothing because my weight varies so much)...but I didn't gain anything and that is always good!

    What are your goals for this week?  Be more active though out the day, lose another pound.

    How many times do you plan to work out? At least 3 days

    Any food you hope to ban from your diet? No fast food, no eating out for the week.

    How much weight do you hope to lose? I'll be happy with another pound.

Well I just started up WW's again this week but I think I am doing good. We went out to eat on Sat and to make up for it I had a salad for dinner. We also went to a buffet on Sunday and I did well I think

    How many times do you plan to work out? 5-6 days

    Any food you hope to ban from your diet? Less sweets!

    How much weight do you hope to lose? Around 25

    I did pretty decent last week.  I worked out everyday except Thursday and Sunday, I think I reinjured my neck Satruday night :(.  We still have a few Christmas sweets around the house so I hopeful those will be gone in a few days.  Not sure how much weight I lost because I'm afraid to step on the scale.

    What are your goals for this week?  Not as many sweets!

    How many times do you plan to work out?  6 days!

    Any food you hope to ban from your diet?  Sweets are the death of me...hopefully my PMS cravings are over with!

How about eating habits?  Kick the ones you wanted to?  Lose any weight?I did pretty terrible last week but managed to stay even in weight.  It was a stressful week at work ( I went into overtime by over 7 hours) so hopefully I can get back on track this week!  I did manage to hit the gym 4 days last week though!  I can start to tell the difference in my abs!

    Any food you hope to ban from your diet?  Soda, and sweets!  They are almost gone from the house, so hopefully I can fill the fridge with good things :)
