Weight Watchers ??

I know a lot of you ladies are doing Weight Watchers and I was wondering how you were liking the new program? I had a lot of success with the Core program and when they stopped it I stopped going.. I heard that they have something like the Core program where you can just eat certain foods and not count points I think it was called Power Foods? Is there such a plan??  

I would like to start back up but I just hate counting points.. Let me know what you think of the new plan..

  • Well, I'm only on week 2 (left the program after October, and came back with the new pointsplus programas a kick start to give it a shot to see how it goes).   So far, it's taking some getting used too -- it used to be a bit more intuitive (could guess points by # of calories) but the stress is now different... essentially, not all 100 calorie choices are created equal is their new principle (which is true, so that is good.)

    It'll take a few weeks to get used to, but so far it is helping me refocus on better eating choices, so i'll take the help!

    Oh, and I lost 4 lbs in week one, but that kind of happens whenever you start WW, I think, if you're dedicated. I'm still hopeful to get to 30lbs lost, so time to get back on track!

  • I am also on week 2 and they do have power foods, they are not point free, they are meant to fill you up.  What is zero points now are fruits and veggies. I am really liking this new program and like I said in the below post I lost 5.8 lbs in my first week :)  I really didn't even feel hungry or on a diet even..
  • Are you guys doing the online program or meetings or both?
  • I am using the Online ETools for tracking my points and getting receipes, and going to meetings weekly..
