Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: 1/10 Accountability
No workout yet. Trying to do 10-15 minutes of stretching/sleepy yoga right before bed to calm my mind.
Breakfast - Banana, Coffee
Lunch - Veggie Burrito from local Mexican restaurant, two chocolate snowflakes
Dinner - ??? (DH has a weird work schedule this week, still trying to figure out if we're eating together or not. It will probably be sauteed spinach with steamed mushrooms and asparagus if I get my way).
Water - 5 cups so far; need to get at least 3 more in.
does gym & swim with A count as exercise? My legs are sore today!
Breakfast: nutrigrain bar, banana, coffee
Lunch: PB & banana sand, baked lays
then I got sick : (
Dinner: ginger ale & saltines

Dinner: Angel hair pasta with broccoli rabe
