Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

20 minutes on elliptical

breakfast: yogurt, water, vitamin

lunch: turkey sandwich, carrots, water

snack: cheez its

dinner: leftover pizza

  • No workout yet. Trying to do 10-15 minutes of stretching/sleepy yoga right before bed to calm my mind.

    Breakfast - Banana, Coffee

    Lunch - Veggie Burrito from local Mexican restaurant, two chocolate snowflakes

    Dinner - ??? (DH has a weird work schedule this week, still trying to figure out if we're eating together or not. It will probably be sauteed spinach with steamed mushrooms and asparagus if I get my way).

    Water - 5 cups so far; need to get at least 3 more in.

  • Okay, Officially now: Dinner = steamed mushrooms + asparagus (which tastes sooo good together, btw), Morngingstar Farms veggie "turk'y" burger patty, glass of Pinot Grigio

  • I ate like crap today.  But I did some peek-a-boo sit-ups with Amelia and I have been lifting her over my head as a shoulder exercise.  She's becoming a great workout buddy!

    Lunch: PB & banana sand, baked lays

    then I got sick : (

    Dinner: ginger ale & saltines

    Lunch: Lean cuisine, sugar free jello pudding

    Dinner: Angel hair pasta with broccoli rabe

    Dessert: Skinny cow

    Workout: 30 min of jogging
