Will you still have to work even if it snows? I'll have to do some work from home as long as the power doesn't go out
What is your ideal snow situation? It snows so much the power goes out for 2-3 days. I think it would be fun to relax with DH and hang out with the neighbors. Just get away from work and "life" for a bit.
What is your favorite thing about snow? the headaches it causes: canceling events, longer commutes, shoveling, etc.
What is your least favorite thing about snow? feeling like I live in a snow globe, it just makes me happy as long as I can just look at it and not have to deal with it!Western NC....we woke up to snow and it's still snowing

Apparently not. My work never closes for snow, but they are closing at 12 today and closed for tomorrow. My boss said in her 11 years there it's only happened once. But I'm happy!
My ideal snow situation is it not snowing in NC. I'm sick of it!

My least favorite thing is when it snows down here.....it's mass hysteria and it's ridiculous. I'm also tired of the natives saying it never snows in NC.....I've been here for 12 winters and it has snowed every.single.year. Sometimes more than once!

Will you still have to work even if it snows? yes...that's why i am hoping for no snow - i hate the worry of trying to get to and from work, especially at 9pm and the roads will be solid ice

Will you still have to work even if it snows? Well, my event tonight cancelled, as did my neighborhood meeting. We're an office of (mostly) Yankees, though, so unless it's FEET of snow, most of us manage to come in--even if its for a partial day--today I feel like I'm in the twilight zone--phone is totally silent, emails aren't being returned....and there's NO SNOW yet.
What is your ideal snow situation? 1 foot, overnight. Enough to make everything pretty, not too much where I can't shovel and my car can't get through.
What is your favorite thing about snow? How pretty it makes my neighborhood look, going out for walks in the snow, the overall calm that it puts on the 'Boro.
What is your least favorite thing about snow? The fact that my street is on the Z list for plowing--last year it was 2 weeks after that big snow last year before the first plow made it up our block. I was thankful that my neighbors didn't mind us parking in their driveway since we couldn't get up to ours....Where are you located and is it snowing? Raleigh. No snow yet!

Will you still have to work even if it snows? Nope the jewelry store I work at is closed and since the roads haven't been scraped where we live hubby's boss gave him off too!
What is your ideal snow situation? Just enough snow to enjoy but with clear roads so I can still get out to make money and avoid cabin fever

Are you hoping for it to snow? If so, how much? I don't care that much, but I'm hoping for either nothing or a lot- in-between amounts make it harder for me to decide whether to go in or not.
Will you still have to work even if it snows? I'm in grad school. If the university is closed, then no. If the university is not closed, I have to decide on my own whether to go in, and since I have a pretty long commute it's sometimes a hard decision. (I feel like I should go if the university is open, but the long commute gives a lot of room for error in the driving department.)
What is your ideal snow situation? Lots of snow, but not losing power.
What is your favorite thing about snow? Watching my dog play in the snow. She loves it!
What is your least favorite thing about snow?Having to decide whether to go in to school, the possibility of losing power (if there's ice).
