XP: meals for Bobcatsteph and family
Hi all,I've heard from Bobcatsteph and she and her family are ready to start receiving meals. I'd like to get this started this week - Wednesday if possible.Since Steph has a second freezer to use, I am going to try to organize the delivery for once a week. I live dead central (Riverside and I-35) and am happy to meet central or come up north to collect meals (maybe at a Starbucks or something) and Kerij1028 has offered to be a south point person (and she lives very close to Steph).Details:Meals need to be able to feed seven and there are no dietary restrictions. I am also trying to get people to send along some easy snacks and fruits for Steph's DD and family (animal crackers, fruit snacks, dried fruits, bananas, apples, etc.). These would be a great contribution if you are not much of a cook or don't have time to make a meal.Anyway, if you are interested in getting on the schedule for a meal, please post your email here or send me an email at deejaymimi at yahoo dot com (my real name is Melissa) and I will start working this out. If you can do a meal this week or if there are weeks where you cannot do a meal, please let me know. Also, it would be great to know what general area of town you are in so that I can try to plan accordingly for pickup. It may be that it is easier to collect meals one day and deliver them the next.THANK YOU ALL!!
