Sun: Ultimate BLTs with big caesar salad
Mon: Chicken Spaghetti Casserole and roasted broccoli
Tues: leftovers
Wed: nothing, I have class
Thursday: Beef and Bean burritos. salad
Fri: leftovers
Sat: Beef Bourguignon over mashed potatoes

Re: Dinner menu for the week:
Monday- mahi mahi/salmon, Rice & brussel spurts.
Tues-Chicken, salad
Wed- Steak, corn, & mashed calflower.
Thursday- Orange chicken
Friday- salads
Saturday & sunday- not sure about hanging with friends.
Sun: Smothered hamburgers, mashed potatoes, brown gravy and broccoli
Mon: Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage (Brinner!)
Tues: PF Changs Sweet & Sour Chicken skillet meal, white rice
Wed: Soup & Sandwiches
Thursday: Hot Dogs & homemade mac n' cheese
Fri & Sat we'll be on the road/out of town
DH is gone most of the week so I don't have a lot planned... Fish tacos one night, black beans and rice with plantains another night, and corn chowder with some roasted cauliflower on the side another night. The rest of the week I'll probably be eating things like grilled cheese and cereal :P
