Anyone else over the snow?

They issued a 1 hour delay yesterday afternoon for work, so I got to sleep in a bit. WTF mother nature, what is up with all the snow in the south?

I'm over it, can it please be sunny and warm from now on?

I am so ready to move to Florida even if it was cold at least the chance for snow is minimal. I could easily get a job where-ever with my work.

I've only seen snow once this year and it wasn't that bad, maybe 2 inches. We're only looking at 2-3 starting later today around 4. However, I'm still over snow from last year.

Yeah I guess the DC area has only had dustings so far. My poor parents were down at their condo for Christmas so we got a foot and everyone at home only got a couple inches.

Soooo over the cold weather, we haven't gotten massive amounts of snow though yet and I hope it stays that way.

we ended up having about 23 inches during the day after christmas storm. we got about 1-2 inches friday & saturday and now what was supposed to be 6-9 inches has turned into 9-20 inches.

I PPH the snow. Keep it coming!

I got to go snowshoeing on Saturday and loved every second of it. Jacob loved it so much he was asleep almost the entire time! We're getting more snow tonight. WOO HOO!!

We are *just* now getting the snow they said we were going to get last week. I don't mind the snow if we get so much of it that we can't get out anywhere. I hate driving in it.

I would love a snowstorm. We haven't gotten much since we had this ridiculous snow event in December where it didn't stop snowing for days. We got around four feet then. We get smaller amounts here and there 3-4 inches at a time but nothing huge. I am itching for a snowday.

Ok I will move to Florida and then host the GTG's so you all can come visit me!

We had a foot after christmas and it was a mess. VDOT sux and had like 50 trucks for 7 cities. I'm thankful I don't have a child in school yet, the systems here are so messed up about the calendar and not planning snow days, etc the kids get stuck past like father's day in June.

I am so done with it!! We got 28" on 12/26.. About 8ish" last Friday and are expecting over 12" tonight into tomorrow... Enough already and its only the beginning of January!!

Wouldn't it be great if the snow would just get on the grass and hills and stay off the roads & driveways? And if it was warm.... Then we would have the best of both worlds. The beauty of the snow without all the hassels... Cool

we really haven't gotten much since the storm in early Dec. that dumped like 2-3 ft. on us. All our snow melted over New Years when we had temps in the 40's & 50's. I think we are going to get some tonight and the rest of the week. I sure hope it stays through the beginngin of Feb. i want Snow for my sleigh ride! I know Baxter loves the snow too, and everything looks much better with the snow, not as "dead"

We've had a couple dustings, and got 3 inches over the weekend. They are calling for 10-16 here starting late at night and heaviest from 4am to mid-morning tomorrow. Whatever, I'll be at work tomorrow.

I am not really over it because we never get it, and if we do it is normally melted within 24 hours. This stuff will be here through the end of the week. I am a little nervous though because my RE appointment is supposed to be tomorrow and I am not sure we can get out to it.

I'm ok with the snow. We're supposed to be getting a lot more tonight, and our office is closing at 2 to give folks the chance to get home before the storm hits. I'm all for an early day!

Ack! I've been over the snow since December when we got our first snowfall. I hate the snow. I hate the cold. I hate the ice. Blech. I would move south in a heartbeat. I'll trade with all the people who want the snow.

I love snow too, but our meteorologist at work just said the storm is moving faster which means less snow; he says it's now 3-6 range in Philly.

I hate snow! I'm actually glad we are getting less like Jenny said.

I find it really hard because my work never closes and then I have to decide what time I will make it into work and deal with the stress of driving in the snow and having my son in the car with me. It's one thing if I got in an accident by myself, but I would NEVER forgive myself if Xander was hurt. I can't wait to move back to my hometown and my commute will be less than 10 miles at the most. I'm so over this 35 mile commute in the winter!
