Sorry, I know this has probably been discuessed a gazillion times around here, but I just started Wight Watchers 2 days ago, so I'm trying to get the hang of it. I'm a little bit skeptical, but it does seem a bit more "fun" to follow the system than it would be to just eat better on my own.
Anyway, just wondering if you guys use your activity points? It looks like you can just choose whether or not to use them? Kind of confusing. Anyway, we'll see how this goes! So many people here have had success, I figured it's worth a shot to motivate myself to lose the weight I'd like to.
Re: WW question
I set it up to use my APs before my WPs. I think either way you do it, you should eat either all your APs or all your WPs. It's kind of up to you and your body if you eat all of both or just all of one or the other. Or maybe all of one and a percentage of the other.
GL!!!
I agree with Angela--use your AP's.
I don't use my AP's or my WP's, and I wonder if this is a large reason why I plateau. But I'm too chicken to "play around" with eating more, so I just stay stagnant. Probably a good reason for me to go to actual meetings (I'm online), but the online is so convenient...
Another reason to use those points is that when you reach goal, you'll be able to maintain based on more points.
Also, if you're working out then it's likely you need to be eating more than the minimum.
Cool, thanks guys! I feel like eating all of BOTH points would be SO much food... even just the weekly points seems like so much extra. I guess I'll just take a few weeks to see what works best for me. Thanks again!
