As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Awkward Silences
I have no idea what's going on, but my interactions with my new coworkers are totally filled with THE MOST AWKWARD SILENCES! Of every type you can imagine (one person waits for the other to say something; both people say something at the same time; nobody really has anything to say but stand around stammering out of politeness ...).
It's HORRIBLE! I hate it! I can't figure it out, either!
Any advice?

I don't have much advice - I figure you all are just getting to know each other/getting comfortable around one another - but I did LOL at you posting this in "entertainment."
I know, right?!
I'm starting to take it personally that no one responds to my posts anymore. Sheesh, move away from NorCal, get ostracized from the board! 
LOL!
