I'm so lame.

I'm shopping on hollister.com right now =/

flame if you like.

I HATE jean shopping. I can never ever find anything that even looks remotely good/cute. I have one pair of hollister jeans that I got from a friend and I love them.

Re: I'm so lame.

  • There is nothing wrong with that. What is funny as I was reading this the fedex guy brought a package I ordered from Hollister for DD. She LOVES Hollister....
  • lol, I pick on my BFF all the time since she loves shopping there! Ha! She's smaller and it's the only place she can find jeans that are a good fit.

  • Is it considered dumb to shop at Hollister? I'm asking because i just don't know :P Personally, I haven't gone into that store since 2007, when I was buying a gift card for my little cousin. The music was SO LOUD in there. I asked the salesgirl how she could work there without going deaf. I guess I consider the store too "young" for me and I always walk right by it, as well as Abercrombie. I remember both those stores were supercool in the early 2000s. I had a few tops from both places. Memories!!
  • The only reason I think it is kind of lame for me to shop there is because I'm 26, not 16.

I have bought 2 pairs of jeans from there, both at the same time and it was back in 07 right after chris and i had broken up. I was like grossly skinny and it made me feel good to buy a size 0 from hollister. whatever, i was devastated back then. and i obviously do not fit in those anymore, i don't even have them anymore.

I have plenty of jeans, but I hate how they all fit. I love how the hollister ones fit. These are some my BFF gave me bc she is pregnant (being induced tomorrow, YAY) and she didn't want them.

Last weekend when we were at the mall I told Chris i would be in the juniors while he went and did whatever he had to do. He said, what is the juniors.. then proceeds to make fun of me bc I shop in the juniors.

and i have never bought anything from abercrombie. for the most part I'm to cheap. I'm also only shopping the clearance jeans @ hollister.

I prefer really low rise jeans and I have a hard time finding them in "normal" stores.

I'm 31 (can't believe I said that) and only shop in the juniors. They fit me better. My DD (13) and she and I can share clothes.

  • When I go to a department store, I shop in the Juniors section too. The clothes there usually fit me better and they're cheaper. I just avoid anything that's too teenagery looking!
