As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. 02 Fitness and/or Rapid Fitness
I was a Golds Member until 10/31, they refused to budge on the price I had been paying for 3 years despite all the new people were getting the monthly rate at half so I left.
Did the Insanity Workout since then, but miss a gym!
I need a good Spin class and Body Pump.
Does anyone go to 02 Fitness on Creedmoor or Falls of Neuse or the Rapid Fitness on Glenwood?

I haven't been to those locations. I went to the O2 fitness in Cary but wasn't a fan. They both will give you a guest pass to try it out. I know 02 fitness had a groupon recently too.
We just started at Lifestyles Family Fitness and they have a great body pump class...they have spinning too, but I haven't been.
Thanks. I can do a 7 day guest pass at each.
For my current work schedule and MBA classes I really need to get to the gym in the morning and have some decent classes/teachers in the 6am slot.
