Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

is it working? we've had a blank screen for almost a half hour, wondering what's going on...

ours is working. In Coventry. Maybe it's an area outage? Or a wire came out in the back?
I'm in MA, but no hiccups in service today for me...
Is it all channels? or just HD? Had our HD crap out on us a couple weeks ago. A call to Fios support had them reset our boxes. We'd been told to disconnect and then reconnect the cables as a hard reboot (to make sure they weren't loose)
