Is anybody doing Weight Watchers on this board? I decided I really needed to make a better effort to be healthy so I joined the online version. It is amazing how many "points" things are of things I was eating at restaurants. Yikes! lol Anybody have recipes to share?
Re: Weight Watchers
There are several of us that have done/are doing ww on the board. Here's a recent post about AP's & WP's

This blog is pretty amazing for recipes: http://www.skinnytaste.com/
I don't have specific recipes, but will say that I've had the most success (especially on the new plan) with eating real, whole foods, learning to get off processed stuff as much as possible (I'll take an apple, string cheese, and tuna on whole wheat a zillion times over a Lean Cuisine!!!!!). Oh, and I have developed a LOVE for squash. Acorn, Butternut, Spaghetti...mmm. And olive oil. Olive oil is worth the points when added to veggies.
I've lost 38 lb with the ww online tools, never going to a meeting. It really does work, and I have learned a ton. Good luck to you!
