I found some cool Valentine Day crafts :) I doubt I have time to do all these before V-Day, but I have them on my list for sometime.

Valentine Pins (they look so super easy)-you can probably do this for other holidays, just by changing the design

Heart Covered Wax Paper-This can be done for other holidays too just by changing the punch

Paper Baking cup wreath (I will probably buy valentine baking cups after V-Day)

This looks a little time consuming, but pretty

Treat toppers

These are adorable and if you are not making many then they will be fine (you print them)

Re: Kel

  • Oh Heather, those are some really awesome crafts!!!!  Thanks for posting them :)

I think Im really in love with the cupcake liner wreath, like a LOT!  Its so beautiful, it looks like carnations.  I did the heart shaped felt wreath last year and it didnt take long at all (I did it during the superbowl game).  I think I will do what you plan to, check after V-day for the pretty liners.

I know Im doing treat bags for my family and friends (it wont be that many), I like that one a lot, especially since I can just print it out :)

The valentine tree would be adorable with those felt hearts you posted )instead of doing pins).  That would be awesome on a DR table!!!

I was a sewing mad woman today, I had 3 ETSY sales just this weekend, so my shop is really low!  When I replenish the shop, Im definitely starting on these V-day crafts, I cant wait :)

  • That is great about your shop, sounds like it is growing.

I am going to put all these things in somekind of folder so that I can refer back to them. I want to make all this stuff now, but when you put your house on the market it is so hard because you have to clean up after everything and find a place to hide everything and it is so hard.

Can't wait to have another house so I can make things and not worry about the mess.

  • sorry to butt in but that wreath is too cute! also i really like the idea of doing the felt heart on the tree.
Who let the dawgs out? image
  • Butt away :)

I love the wreth too. It looks like you can do it for any holiday too just by changing the cupcake liners.

If I were you, I would craft and then when I needed to clean up in a hurry, have a tub or basket or something I could throw everything into and put in a closet or something.
