DH went to work this morning. He said there were plenty of other people on the roads and the interstates were fine. He took 285 and 400 specifically. He said the only part that was a bit icy was the entrance to his office. (I'm not sure if he meant the driving part or the walking part.)

i actually came to the office today and am sooooo glad i did.
samantha - the entrance to our building is HORRIBLE!!! probably the worst part of the whole drive.
Oh man. Understatement of the year, unfortunately. They have been working on the interstates, so nothing has been done about the roads. There's a tractor trailer overturned on Chamblee-Tucker (our friend just tried to drive through to get home. He lives off Clairmont, barely made it down, and had to walk the last 1.5 miles to his house with their luggage and dog!).
The news put it into perspective though. Bloomberg was on TV talking about the storm coming into NYC...he has 1700 snowplows and still couldn't get it right. We had 20. So I kinda have to give Atlanta a break. I'm enjoying the time at home though!

Good morning ladies!
I am out of school again today. Ugh, I just want to work so I can get paid. It is going to be a real short week for me. Can't wait until this weekend since we are going home, but not looking forward to the drive esp since I don't know how the roads are going to be.
