Annnd this is when I'm ready for spring
I'm sure some will agree with me.
Up to 20" expected. This is on top of the foot and a half we had I think 2 weeks ago.
This blows!
I want it to be the spring thaw. I hate January. It's a long month with no holidays that I have days off. Except that I can WFH on days like these...and my boss moved all of our meetings...so I have none...so I am not doing a whole lot of work today.

I really hope I don't have to sleep in an airport tonight....
Even if my plans do eventually land (12:30am est is my scheduled landing - which blows), I'm going to have to dig my car out of the parking lot at 1:00am and pregnant.
Marcy, how far are you from the airport to your home...could you take a cab home and have Greg go with you another day?
It's between 30 and 45 minutes. That's definitely an option, but I'll have to check out my options. I think it would cost me almost $100 plus the extra day of parking. Hmmmmmm Let me do some googling.
Holy crap, Marcy, that's not cool. Maybe you could find someone at the airport who'd be willing to help you for a couple bucks? Or maybe airport security could help?
Me having to dig my car out and sit here in court waiting for my adversary doesn't seem so bad now.
I do feel bad for my client. I'm here, she's here, her soon-to-be-ex-husband is here. His lawyer isn't here. Meanwhile, her day care crapped out on her because only two mothers were bringing their kids in, so the poor kids are stuck in the courthouse hallway - twin 9-year-olds & a two-year-old. And she didn't have toys or anything for them because she only found out when she actually got most of the way to day care that they were canceling the day.

I feel so bad for you east coasters!! You are definitely getting the slam we got last year.
I feel so badly for all of you trapped in the snow!
(especially since it's 65 and sunny here today).
[runs to hide from the inevitable snow ball deluge]
65 and sunny sounds fabulous right now.
