I was tagged in one of these posts on facebook, so I figured I'd bring the 'fun' over here. Basically, just list 30 random things about yourself. It's sort of interesting to read little facts about other people.

1) I hate taking baths. I can't even remember the last time I did. I just get bored and don't really know what to do...it doesn't relax me at all.

2) I get really bad migraines and would pretty much give anything to never get one again.

3) I'm obsessed with pillows; we have 8 pillows on our bed and Jason only uses 2.

4) I bite my nails and have no plan to stop.

5) I'd rather someone play with/brush my hair than have sex. The sensation I get from someone playing with my hair feels so good and is so relaxing.

6) I prefer the company of my cat to most people.

7) I often don't listen when people talk. I give a lot of "oh yeah" "That's nice". It's a bad quality that I need to work on.

8) I hate when friends become friends with friends; I always feel like someone gets left out.

9) I love to play old school video games; I downloaded Mario Brothers 3 from Nintendo and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 from Sega on our Wii and play those more than I play actual Wii games.

10) Family dinners/functions stress me out. I grew up in a big family but would still rather only hang out with a small group of them.

11) I cannot stand the color yellow.

12) I always remember my dreams.

13) I pick all of the toppings and cheese off my pizza and eat it. Then I'll eat the crust.

14) I always said I'd never drink alcohol but then ended up getting drunk my second weekend in college because I was so bored.

15) I am scared to death of birds, and really don't like anything with wings.

16) I hate seafood which shocks most people since I'm from MD and we're known for our blue crabs.

17) I get extremely motion sick; I can't even swing on a swing for more than 30 seconds without feeling sick.

18) I lost my virginity at 14 and actually don't regret it.

19) In my mind, I didn't want to sleep with more than a certain number of men. Once I hit that number, I jokinly said "well, I guess I have to marry one of these guys"... and I did! lol

20) I pretend that I can't do stuff/can't do it well just so other people will do it for me.

21) I hate to snuggle

22) I count how many steps I take when I walk.

23) I can watch the same episode of a reality show 50 times and never get sick of it.

24) I prefer forehead kisses over mouth to mouth kisses.

25) I don?t get attached to people easily?someone can be my best friend one day and the next I don?t care about them at all.

26) If I could eat Mexican food for the rest of my life, I would.

27) Our wedding cake was very important to me, oddly enough, I don't even like cake.

28) I can?t stand drinking drinks without ice in them (aside from beer)

29) My siblings are some of my very best friends.

30) I have hooked up with not one, but two gay men before they came out of the closet...nice lol.

5) I'm a whole 0.25% Mexican, My Hubby tells me its in my big toe.

6) I love to read and more and more its been romance books.

7) my comfort food is a baked potato with LOTS of sour cream and butter

8) I'm 5ft and my husband is 6'4 lol

9) I love to watch Willie Wonka and the chocolate factory

10) Im lactose-in-tolerant yet STILL love to eat cheese and drink milk.

12) can't stand to sleep with the closet doors open

1. My favorite colors are red and black.

2. I have a gray tabby cat named Nermal.

3. I'm afraid of the dark and sleep with the T.V. on.

4. I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers

5. I don't eat the stems of broccolli, only the florets.

6. I can't keep plants alive, not even a chia pet.

7. I love to sing, and host a karaoke show at a local bar.

8. I love wierd, artsy fartsy movies, as my husband calls them.

9. I'm a constant yo-yo dieter, and I have 15 pairs of jeans in my closet in 5 different pants sizes.

10. Other than jeans and a small box of momentos, I hate clutter and throw away everything.

11. Ironically, my husband is a collector, and owns 422 action figures.

12. I have family that lives 2 blocks away that I only see at wedding, fuberals adn showers.

13. I taught myself how to swim when I was 12.

14. I've never learned how to ride a bike.

15. I've never been on a plane.

16. I've never seen It's a wonderful life.

17. I have a 12 year old step son with Asperger's syndrome that we have custody of.

18. I know more about Sonic the Hedgehog than any woman my age should, because my step-son quizzes me just about every day.

19. I don't really like apples unless I cook with them.

20. I've always hated the snow, even as a child.

21. I was a Drama Club geek in High School.

22. When I was a little girl, I was deathly afraid of grass and wouldn't walk on it.

23. I was a smoker for many years, and quit one year before my wedding.

24. I love getting mail.

25. I have 5 tattoos

26. I don't own a pair of heels.

27. I had my ears pierced 3 times before they took without closing.

28. I love 90's grunge rock

29. My rings are the only jewelry I wear

1) I am 5'9, and have been (roughly) this height since middle school - which I HATED.

2) I hate my and DH's "story." Though of course I love where we are now, there was a lot of lying that happened in the process (he is my superior at work).

3) I love doughnuts, but never in the morning.

4) I've lived in the same city all my life, but have moved 7 times.

5) I prefer my cats company to a vast majority of people.

6) I prefer my husbands company to ALL others, and would rather spend a night with him watching TV than out with ladies.

7) I will always feel like #2 in our relationship, due to his past.

8) There is nothing I want more than to move out of this house. Even to a smaller one. I don't care.

9) I think I have a mini crush on Bobby Flay. I don't find him attractive, but there's something about him...

10) I'm a pasta whore.

11) I think about death..a lot. I don't know if it's because I watch a lot of real life death shows, but it's on my mind a lot.

12) I HATE crying in front of people. If it's in front of DH, I will turn away.

13) I am laaaazy.

14) I am a sore loser. I hate playing games that I know I will lose at.

15) I have never spent more than $50 on a piece of clothing (except for homecoming & wedding dress)

16) I am shy in my every day life, but at work I can talk to anyone who walks in with ease.

17) The reason my hair is long (besides that I hate it short) is because of my laziness to get it cut, and that I can't justify spending a lot of a hair cut.

18) I hate heart shaped jewlery.

19) I love brocoli & asparagus, assuming that I have PLENTY of mayonaise to dip it in to.

20) Though we're not trying, I'm terrified that I won't be able to have children.

21) I have never seen The Wizard of Oz.

22) The past 8 1/2 years of my life have been spent working at a movie theatre, yet I hate movies...and so does DH.

23) If it weren't for DH, I would most certainly be the "Crazy Cat Lady."

24) I don't miss wedding planning. AT. ALL.

25) I hate that my dad lives 4 hours away, with what I feel like is his other life.

26) I don't mind cooking, but because of all the clean up I don't do it often.

27) The smell of cigarette smoke makes me gag.

28) It's very hard for me to trust others, as I have been screwed over so many times.

29) I love Velvetta Macaroni & Cheese...but only when it's left over.

30) I feel as though I am very lucky to have such a wonderful husband, especially when I hear from friends how all their husbands/boyfriends do is play video games and go to bars.

1. I love Blue Diamond brand Wasabi & Soy Almonds.
2. I started a business with The Pampered Chef when I graduated high school, and spent 7 years as a Pampered Chef consultant/director.
3. That's the longest I've ever worked for a company. But since I didn't really consider The Pampered Chef as my employer, I count Starbucks as my longest tenure with a company (6 years).
4. I taught school to truants and delinquents for 2 months in Indianapolis during my senior year of high school.
5. I wish I had enough money to be a true epicurean.
6. Christian Bale has been my favorite actor ever since he played "Cowboy" in Newsies when I was 15.
7. I have every Dallas Stars yearbook from 1993 - 2005, and also have 2007.
8. I previously determined that if I were not married when I was 35 then I would begin the process for overseas adoption. I married a month after I turned 34.
9. I know ancient Greek and sign language. Neither or which are very useful in my daily life.
10. I won the basketball toss competition at field day in 6th grade, beating Josh, who we considered to be a basketball star.
11. I almost always won Sunday School sword drills in elementary school.
12. I started babysitting when I was 10, and babysat the same little boy every Friday night and all summer for many, many years (starting when he was 2 months old).
13. I have totaled 4 cars over the past 4 years, but still consider myself to be a good driver.
14. I wanted to be a gold digger. Instead I married a man who makes 25K less than me.
15. I really, really want to open a wine and martini bar.
16. I didn't get my ears pierced until I was 18.
17. I love marrow. If bone marrow is on the menu at a restaurant then you can guarantee I will order it.
18. I broke out of the papoose board when getting stitches on my face, at the age of 3.
19. When I was about 12, my friend and I would walk around the block sipping our water bottles and talking about our boyfriends because we thought that was cool. (We didn't really have boyfriends.)
20. I've traveled a lot. want to visit both Portland and Boston. Those are the only cities in the US that I want to visit, but haven't yet been.
21. I have made and decorated two wedding cakes.
22. Ever since I was little, I have loved looking at open houses and pretending I lived there.
23. I want to learn instructional design so I can be better at writing training materials.
24. I have read every Sophie Kinsella book ever written.
25. I can write forwards and backwards with both hands (at the same time).
26. Years ago I told my best friend that one of the things I wanted in a husband was that he liked to rub my arms. Matt rubs them so hard that it makes me want to cry, and I love it.
27. I have a journal listing all of the people I've kissed.
28. I miss my family. Living in a city where I only know people from work and my DH's friends really stinks.
29. I go to bed every night between 2-4 AM. After midnight is my favorite time of day. I need 8 hours of sleep to function well and of course going to bed that late means I hardly ever get it.
30. I hate feet. I hate to see them. I refuse to touch them. And please don't talk about them.

1. I am a pain-in-the-ass to live with. Everything has its place, and I don?t like things out of place.

2. I have an intense hate for Ford Mustangs. I think I must have been run over by one in a former life.

3. I miss my family everyday and really wish I was closer to them.

4. Pickles are my very favourite food.

5. I have droopy eyelids and I hate them. My eyelids are the only part of my body I would consider fixing with plastic surgery.

6. I am extremely shy and fear new situations or groups of people I don?t know.

7. I would like to be the Prime Minister, but am too lazy to do the work and despise fundraising.

8. I have a bad temper, and I don?t like it.

9. I have great parents.

10. I love my job and couldn?t imagine doing anything else.

11. I?m terrible with money! Saving is a foreign concept.

12. I have never failed an exam and never scored below a 70% in university, on anything.

13. I wish I could be a bigger influence in my nieces' lives.

14. I LOVE the smell after it rains.

15. I am never without a book in my hands. I can?t remember the last time I wasn?t mid-book.

16. I love to bake.

17. I?m uncomfortable in small spaces and scared of ghosts.

18. I talk to my Mom and my sister everyday.

19. I love to flirt with old men.

20. I?m very proud of my brother and sister and the ?adults? they?ve become (they?ll always be my little brother and little sister though).

21. I love to plan (parties, dinners, events?you name it).

22. If I were 10 years younger, I would become a lawyer, but not practice.

23. Friends are very important to me. That said, I?ve become very selective about friends in my old age.

24. I will likely live in Ontario for the rest of my life, but I will never be ?from Ontario?.

25. I think Chris is perfect?except when he leaves his clothes on the floor.

26. I can't wait to get pregnant, but I'm also so worried that I won't be able to.

27. I love riding in the elevator alone because the lighting makes my engagement ring sparkle like crazy.

28. I wish I would have met Chris earlier so we could be married and have a couple years to travel and have fun before having babies, but we're just getting too old to wait

29. I LOVE wine.

1. I love hot sauce on pretty much everything. My favorite brand is Blair's Death Sauce.

2. I don't drive and the few times I've tried I've really disliked it.

3.I had never even considered rats as pets until two neglected rat boys came into my life 3 years ago. I've been hooked ever since.

4. I HATE wine! My mom loves it, so I've tried sips from atleast 100 different kinds and they are all nasty. However, I like wine coolers.

5. I make my own variation of the poutine and it's awesome. It has fries, cheese curds, gravy, ketchup, vinegar, hot sauce, and cheddar cheese melted on top.

6. I'm hooked on Pepsi.

7. I'm awkward around people I don't know well, but when I know you I don't shut the eff up.

8. If given the option to go to either a fancy restaurant or a dive bar, I'll pick the dive bar 100%.

9. I went to my first real concert at 11 years old. I saw Our Lady Peace.

10. I think tarantulas are some of the coolest things out there.

11. I had degus as a teen that would free range in my room. One of them would always sleep at the foot of my bed.

12. I love snakes and in an ideal world I would have a burmese python.

13. I hate cooking, luckily my husband is a great cook!

14. I love hockey. I was raised a Montreal Canadiens fan.

15. I am very much pro legalizing marijuana.

16. Supernatural is pretty much the only current live action show I will watch.

17. I still find myself starring at my engagment ring all the time.

18. I HATE clothes and shoe shopping with a passion!

19. I'd rather eat salty things, then chocolate. I can easily go months without eating anything chocolate.

20. I rather be around men then women. A lot of women tend to be too catty or girlie for my my liking.

21. I love ice in my drinks.

22. I'd rather stay in with a good movie and food, then go out.

23. I hate chick flicks and most movies made in the past 10 years.

24. My husband makes getting up the mornings worthwhile.

25. Children for the most part skeeve me out, and most new babies are ugly.

26. I would love to live in the country with goats, chickens, etc

27. Working at the SPCA was the most traumatic job I ever had. The amount of euthanizations was incredible

28. I eat the toppings first on a pizza and hold my burgers upside down when I eat them.

29. I have not missed a scheduled day of work in over 2 years.

30. I can't walk in heels at all and refuse to own any.

1.) My dream job is to open to an abandoned/sick dog sanctuary.

2.) I wanted a Pug from the age of 10 and finally got my baby when I was 27.

3.) The smell of cauliflower makes me very nauseated.

4.) My favorite smells are fresh bread and cinnamon rolls baking.

5.) I am addicted to coffee, but didn't like it well into my 30s.

6.) I wish I lived closer to my family.

7.) My favorite word is monocle (I love the sound of it).

8.) I've worn contacts since I was in the 3rd grade.

9.) I am a bit crossed-eyed, but only see it in photos.

10.) My favorite sounds are the voices of my loved ones.

11.) I am an absolutely horrible cook.

12.) I get along much better with men than women.

13.) If I won the lottery, I'd still hold down a job.

14.) I have an inherent fear of roaches and physically get upset when I see them.

1. I love brown sugar cinnamon poptarts, but won't buy them because Ross makes fun of me.

2. I absolutely love asparagus, especially when cooked with salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a paper bag, and am always "wtf??" when I pee for the first time the next morning, it takes me a minute to remember that I ate asparagus.

4. I don't mind beet juice stains on my hands. I really like roasted beets, and they're a pretty colour.

5. Next month I'll be at this restaurant for 4 years.

6. If I could know (just know, not have to learn) any language, it would be Mandarin Chinese.

7. Someday, after Ross has published a couple best sellers, we want to open a coffee shop that also does a little gourmet food. It will have a fireplace, a huge stack of boardgames, and a community bookshelf.

8. I hate to pick up after myself.

9. I won't let anyone in my house without notice, so I can clean before they arrive.

10. I'm scared there are things under my bed, waiting to get me.

11. I hope to get pregnant, even though I'm on the Nuva ring.

12. All wine tastes like vinegar to me. All of it.

13. My favourite number is 13.

14. I've spelled things with ou (colour, favourite, etc) for years, because I think it's neat.

15. My first concert was Guns N Roses, my step dad bought the tickets because he thought they were a country band.

16. I'm easily the oldest student in any class I take, and it makes me want to vomit.

17. I have very few close female friends - BBC (b!itches be crazy). I can't stand the drama, and the trash talking about people who are supposed to be their friends.

18. I'm against dog and cat breeding. There are so many dogs and cats that are already here that need homes.

19. I just started taking a class on human sexuality, and I think it's going to be extremely interesting.

20. I'm a big judger. In fact, I call myself the "Judgernaut." But I keep it to myself and don't treat people poorly based on what I think of them. I hate to hurt people's feelings.

21. I skipped my friend's 21st birthday because she skipped my wedding. I hate her boyfriend with the fiery burning passion of a 1000 suns. She offered to help set up for the wedding, and then wouldn't even RSVP because I (as politely as possible) told her he wasn't welcome.

22. I hate talking on the phone. I don't even like to place orders on the phone. I hate small talk. If I can do something via email, I will. Yet I small talk all shift long, as a waitress.

23. While I loathe my job, I genuinely care that my tables are properly taken care of. People have X number of dining out dollars, and they chose to spend it with me; I want them to get what they pay for.

24. I think I'm going to order a diva cup.

25. I'm going to buy my parents a new computer as a combined birthday/mother's/father's day gift. The one they have is about 9 years old and I can't send anything large (pictures, etc), or show her the wedding page or videos. I have to send them to her job.

26. I hate the pressure of Christmas.

27. I find people completely exhausting.

28. My Meyers-Briggs typology is IFNP.

29. I'm going to sign up for AAA tonight, because the Saab has a flat.

30. I told Ross's mother a couple years ago that I was going to smother her son in his sleep some day. She looked at me for a moment, shrugged, and said, "he'll probably deserve it." lol I love my in-laws.

1. My favorite color is purple.

2. I love crime shows (Law & Order, Criminal Minds, NCIS, etc)!

3. I am a professional musician and love it!

4. I never thought I would be teaching K-4th grade and end up loving it )

5. I drink hot tea almost everyday, but only like black tea.

6. I like to bake and cook, but I hate the clean up so I do not do as much as I would like.

7. When I was younger I wanted to be a lawyer, but I let my parents talk me out of it.

8. I have 5 brothers and one sister, but only know one brother and one sister.

9. I would love to own a 1965 Shelby Mustang GT )

10. My favorite kind of steak is a ribeye.

11. I am always early at least 20 minutes to almost everything!

12. My favorite candle scent is cinnamon roll or cinnamon swirl toast.

13. I love watching re-runs of 'Friends.'

14. When I find a pair of jeans or dress pants I really like I buy 2 pairs of them because I have such a hard time finding jeans and dress pants.

15. I have taken road trips to NYC, Boston, Hilton Head and Niagara Falls.

16. My favorite restaurants include Olive Garden and Panera.

17. I love touring historic restored mansions!

18. I like to get involved with community theatre (musicals) and have gotten the opportunity to perform in 5 shows so far as well as play in the orchestra pit for 2.

19. Met the real Rudy from the movie 'Rudy' at the movie theatre and got a picture with him and his autograph (the movie was filmed 30 minutes from my house growing up in Notre Dame).

20. Speaking of famous people I met President Clinton while he was still in office while on vacation in Vegas. He was shopping with his daughter and I got to say hello and shake his hand.

21. I hate wicker stuff, but my husband loves it.

22. I have been buying more formal dresses for when my students do their concerts and the shopping for them has been less than fun.

23. My hair is naturally wavy and still holds the perm curl really well even though I have not gotten a perm since 1994!

24. I love shopping for groceries! I think this stems from working in the grocery business for 11 years.

25. My favorite body spray is Victoria's Secret Endless Love.

26. I buy underwear every chance I get ) Thankfully my husband does not mind!

27. Before my first year of teaching I went out and bought the Idiots Guide to Success as a Teacher because I was afraid I wasn't going to be good enough...lol!

28. I have a shopping love affair with Sam's Club!

29. My favorite singing artists include Mariah Carey and Jeremy Camp.

30. I collect scarves ) They are so comfy and pretty!

Since I'm a newbie too I'll share alittle bit as well!

1. I hate feet. Everything about them makes me cringe

2. My favorite color is pink. Every shade of Pink!

3. I have alot of favorites, my husbands makes fun of me because I'm always saying 'that's my favorite'

4. I have a bachelors degree in business from University of Toledo.

5. I lived in SC for 3 years and moved back to Ohio for a career move for my husband and we were only dating at the time (scarey)

6. I was hooked on Facebook, until I came back to the knot. I am slowly becoming obsessed with The Nest.

7. I have a lab named Lexus because I have always wanted a lexus and I still don't own one.

8. I hate watching sports on TV, it drives my nuts!

9. I still watch 'Say Yes to the Dress' and '4 weddings' and love them!

10. I love warm fires when I get home late!

11. Beer is my drink of choice, I don't know what I'll do when we decide to start trying to have a baby!

12. I still keep secrets!

13. I love my newphews but I'm not a baby person when it comes to other people babies.

14. I hate foods with weird textures ie applesauce, jelly, cottage cheese....ewww

15. The beach if my favorite vacation! (I got married on one!)

16. I hate my job.

17. I have 2 sisters and I'm the middle one. And yes I have always had the "middle child sindrome".

18. I watch nascar with the hubby and actually enjoy!
