NER: TG vs. Haloween decor
do you decorate post halloween ? do you have specific "TG" decor or jsut fall stuff? do you have pilgrim figures? turkeys? etc?
Re: NER: TG vs. Haloween decor
I usually just do those mini pumpkins, get them before Halloween and keep them until after TGiving (they don't go bad fast at all). I'm not big into seasonal decor, and DH really doesn't care for most seasonal stuff. I am permitted to decorate only the fireplace/mantle for Christmas. I love those Caroler figures, but DH hates their little mouths. Instead of singing, he proposes they are screaming in horror.
Anyway, I know you asked about TGiving, but I just do stockings for the pets and a few carolers. No tree for us until we have human children.
I have lots of Halloween decorations!!! For Thanksgiving I live up the pumpkins and start decorating for Christmas.
I love Snowmen but I have 8 million snowmen thanks to my family and friends! Yes I love them but I don't need 8 million!!!!!!
I'm crazy about Holiday decorating, basically from october to february I have some decorations up.
In my defense, I don't do easter or July 4th things....
Dh gets into it to. He wanted me to decorate for the Election. Lol.
I have some fall decorations (pumpkins, gourds, fall leaf things), Nothing specifically Thanksgiving-related... well, ok, I do have a small stuffed beanie babie turkey someone gave me as a gift a while ago.
Oh yeah!!!!! *hand claps*
